We are now recruiting for a Program Coordinator/Case Manager and Program Support Specialist.

  • Program Coordinator-Case Manager (PDF): Program Coordinator/Case Manager is responsible for working to assess the needs of all clients providing case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and safety planning for families in the program and callers on the Crisis/Help Line. The position also supports the Project Right Direction Program in working directly with the children who are enrolled as needed. Evenings, weekends, and on-call maybe required when needed.   • Program Assistant (PDF): Program Assistant performs administrative duties of a difficult nature involving considerable variety and complexity of assignments and requiring independent judgment in applying guidelines to work situations.
  • Youth Program Coordinator (PDF): The Youth Program Coordinator will be the main point of contact for Project Right Direction. We are seeking an energetic and multi-talented Youth Program Coordinator to inspire underserved youth in southeast Colorado Springs and surrounding communities. This position requires excellent customer service.
