By donating your time & talent, you become part of something that will change lives forever.
We offer a variety of ways to get involved in our organization. Listed below are a few of our volunteer opportunities.
This is the most important role you can fill in our organization. Being a mentor for a youth will be one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever go through. You’ll learn more from a teen than you’ll ever be able to teach. Our top-notch training and program support structure will set you up to be the best mentor you can be.
There is so much to do and just not enough people to do it. We need volunteers willing to help with general office work such as managing bulk mailings, database management, and phone calls. Even if it’s just one hour a week, any commitment you can give will help immensely.
Donation Cultivators / Corporate Sponsor Committee
We need fierce negotiators, networking experts and people who possess the power to enroll others. From food donations for meetings and events to developing strong corporate partnerships, we simply need enthusiastic people to ask for goods and services that make the work we do possible.
If you are well organized, able to multi task and like to be a part of everything that happens behind the scenes, this committee was designed for you. From handling room logistics for our monthly workshops to coordinating our major fundraising events, you will be vital to the success of our program.
Got marketing skills? Just like any business, we have marketing needs requiring graphic designers, branding professionals, copywriters, web programmers and even printing services. From strategic planning to creating fundraiser flyers, if you can help us out in any way, we invite you to share your talent toward a good cause.
How would you like to ask others to volunteer? In order for our organization to grow and thrive, we need to recruit more mentors and volunteers everyday. Help spread the word about us to community centers, social clubs, leads groups, corporations, churches, and fraternity alumni groups. A little effort can go a long way.
